In 1994, the OGISTTA association was founded, uniting employers in crafts, hospitality, intellectual services, tourism, trade and road transport. In 1997, it was renamed the Association of Craft Employers of Slovenia, and since 2008, it has been called the Association of Craft Employers and Entrepreneurs of Slovenia (ZDOPS), with its headquarters at Celovška 71 in Ljubljana.

We represent the interests of craftsmen, micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs-employers in social dialogue with both the state and trade unions. We actively participate in the preparation of all documents in the field of employment relations, the labor market, the employment of foreigners, the health and pension system, and occupational health and safety.

ZDOPS is the carrier Collective agreements for crafts and entrepreneurship, which is the successor to the oldest collective agreement in Slovenia.

We cooperate constructively and in defense of micro and small employers with other representative employer organizations and chambers: the Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurship of Slovenia, the Employers' Association of Slovenia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia.
