You can easily renew your membership in your profile, where a button to renew your membership will be available 7 (seven) days before the membership fee expires. The member will also receive three reminders about the upcoming expiration of membership benefits via e-mail: the first 1 (one) week before the expiration of the paid membership fee, the second 3 (three) days before the expiration, and the third at the end of the period in which they are entitled to use membership benefits, if they have not yet paid the membership fee for the new period.

By clicking on the "Renew membership" button, the member selects the appropriate membership fee (BASIC, MEDIUM or PREMIUM) and in the pre-populated form with the member's details, simply selects the payment method (card or via UPN form) and makes the payment.

After payment of the membership fee, access to individual content, products, services and discounts will be activated immediately when paying by card, and within 1-3 business days when paying via UPN, due to payment verification. The benefits that belong to members, in accordance with the selected membership fee, will be available for a period of 12 months from the date of successful payment of the annual membership fee.

If during the term of your paid membership you find that it does not meet your company's needs, you can upgrade to a different membership plan that suits you better. In your member profile, select the "Upgrade your membership" option and choose a different membership plan.

If a member does not renew their membership after the one-year period has elapsed, they retain their membership status, but are not entitled to use membership benefits until they pay their membership fee again.
