The Association of Crafts Employers and Entrepreneurs of Slovenia (GIZ) recommends that users carefully read the current terms and conditions before purchasing from our online store.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
General terms and conditions of the online store of the Association of Crafts and Entrepreneurs of Slovenia GIZ, available at the website address https://zdops.si/ (hereinafter: "online store"), define the terms of use of the online store and determine the rights and obligations of the user and the provider in relation to the use of the online store and purchases through the online store (hereinafter: "general terms and conditions").
The operator of the online store is the Association of Craft Employers and Entrepreneurs of Slovenia GIZ, Celovška cesta 71, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 5860172000, tax number: SI 97280062 (hereinafter: "provider").
The General Terms and Conditions have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), the Code of Obligations (OZ) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all types of users of the online store: non-members and members (hereinafter: users), and represent a legally binding agreement between the user and the provider. By using the online store and/or making a purchase in the online store, the user confirms that he is familiar with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the legal notice of the provider, understands them and fully accepts them.
2. ONLINE STORE ACCESSIBILITY
The provider maintains the online store so that it is, in principle, accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
However, for technical reasons, maintenance work, system updates or other unforeseen circumstances, access to the online store and/or products and services may be difficult or temporarily unavailable. The provider reserves the right to limit or interrupt access to the online store to resolve the problems.
The provider is not liable for any unavailability, damage, inconvenience or disruption in the operation of the online store resulting from an internet connection failure, power outage, technical problems on the provider's servers or other equipment, inadequate user equipment, lack of user knowledge or other technical causes beyond the provider's direct control. The provider also assumes no liability for any consequences resulting from misuse of the online store by users or third parties.
3. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
Non-member users have access to publicly available content of the online store.
Member users with confirmed registration can access the contents of the online store that are intended only for them, to the extent specified in the membership statement or specific order (for any additional products or services in addition to those resulting from the membership package of the individual member user specified in the membership statement).
Member users are subject to the provisions governing the membership relationship and are defined in the relevant chapter of these general terms and conditions (Chapter 6).
4. REGISTRATION
User registration is not required when ordering or purchasing in the online store.
In order to successfully place an order, the user must provide the data necessary for the processing and delivery of the ordered products or services, including certain personal data. The handling of personal data is subject to the provisions on the protection of personal data, which are regulated in more detail in Chapter 11 of these General Terms and Conditions and in the Provider's Privacy Policy.
The user must provide true, accurate and complete information when making a purchase. The provider may verify the accuracy of the information and refuse to execute the order in the event of irregularities or incompleteness.
5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND PRICES
The online store allows:
- purchase digital products such as sample documents, contracts and other legal forms,
- purchase an annual membership from the provider and
- purchase of a seminar, workshop, training (hereinafter: provider's events).
All products and services are clearly labeled, containing price and other essential information.
All prices for products and services are quoted in euros (EUR) and do not include value added tax (VAT). The amount of VAT depends on the product or service.
Prices may vary depending on user status. Member users are entitled to special prices and benefits that are not available to non-member users. Non-member users can take advantage of reduced prices by becoming a member, which they do by completing the membership declaration, available at ______________________.
The provider reserves the right to change the offer, prices and terms of sale without prior notice.
The provider strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about products in the online store. Despite careful checking, unintentional errors may occur in product and service descriptions, prices or availability. In such a case, or in the event of a price change during the ordering process and order confirmation, the provider will allow the user to withdraw from the purchase without consequences for the user. The provider reserves the right to refuse to execute the order in such cases, of which it will inform the user.
6. MEMBERSHIP RELATIONSHIP
The user enters into a membership relationship with the provider based on an application and payment of an annual membership fee, thereby acquiring the status of a member user or member.
Benefits that belong to members are available for a period of one year from the date of successful payment of the annual membership fee. If a member does not renew their membership after the one-year period has elapsed, they will retain their membership status, but will not be entitled to use the membership benefits until they pay the membership fee again.
The member receives three reminders about the impending expiration of membership benefits: the first 1 (one) week before the expiration of the paid membership fee, the second 3 (three) days before expiration, and the third after the expiration of the period in which he is entitled to use membership benefits.
For new members:
After receiving the completed application form and payment of the annual membership fee, the provider checks the adequacy of the application form and payment within 1-3 working days and provides the new member with all membership information, membership number and certificate for using the benefits.
For existing members:
After receiving payment of the annual membership fee for the next 12 months, the provider will verify the adequacy of the payment within 1-3 business days and provide the existing member with updated membership information and a new certificate for using the benefits.
The member undertakes to keep his/her membership data and number confidential and not to disclose them to others. The provider is not responsible for any misuse of the member's user account by unauthorized users or third parties.
The membership application also determines, among other things, the package to which the member will access the content in the online store. The following types of membership packages are available in the online store for membership:
- Elementary,
- Medium,
- Premium.
More detailed information about the packages is available on the provider's website, where the offer is constantly being updated and upgraded.
The provider reserves the right to change the terms of membership if necessary due to legislative, organizational or market changes. Any changes will be published in advance on the provider's website.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership can be terminated in the following ways:
- Withdrawal statement: a member may withdraw from the provider with notice until the end of the calendar year by submitting a written statement of withdrawal, provided that they have settled their obligations to the provider.
- Exclusion: the board of directors may, by resolution, exclude a member if he or she acts contrary to the provisions of the provider's founding agreement, acts against the interests of the provider, or fails to fulfill his or her obligations as arising from the provider's founding agreement.
Upon termination of membership, the user loses access to all services and benefits associated with membership.
7. PURCHASE PROCESS IN THE ONLINE STORE
Purchasing in the online store takes place in the following steps:
- The user selects a digital product, membership or event from the provider and adds it to the cart.
- Enter all required personal and contact information into the form.
- Then select a payment method (Stripe or bank transfer).
- An order is placed when the user completes the ordering process by clicking on a button that clearly indicates the submission of an order with the obligation to pay.
- After successfully placing an order, the user will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. If they have chosen to pay by bank transfer, they will receive an email with an offer and payment instructions after placing the order. The same instructions and summary are displayed in the application immediately after confirming the order.
- For digital products, the user receives a download link (depending on the payment method chosen). For payment by bank transfer, the order is processed after payment is received.
The user can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window, unless the order has already been confirmed by clicking on the button that clearly indicates the submission of the order with the obligation to pay (immediately after selecting the payment method). In this case, the order is submitted and can no longer be canceled in this way. For information about an order that has already been submitted or to change the order, the user can contact the provider's email address info@zdops.si.
8. PAYMENT AND INVOICE
The online store allows the following payment methods:
- Payment by card via Stripe
- Payment by bank transfer according to the received UPN form
After confirming receipt of payment, the provider issues a physical invoice to the user as soon as possible and sends it to the user's address. The invoice contains all legally required elements.
When placing an order, the user must provide correct information for invoicing and is obliged to check its accuracy before placing the order. The provider is not liable for any indirect or direct damage that may arise from incorrect information provided by the user.
9. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Delivery time for digital products:
- When paying by card: the user receives a download link immediately after successful payment.
- When paying by bank transfer: the transfer link is enabled after payment is received.
Downloading products is possible through the user profile or by using a link that the user receives by email.
10. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
By confirming the order for a digital product, the user expressly agrees to the loss of the right to withdraw from the sales contract for the digital product.
Withdrawal from membership is regulated in the chapter of the general terms and conditions governing the membership relationship (Chapter 6).
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Users can view most of the content of the online store without providing personal data. However, in order to successfully complete an order or make a purchase in the online store, the user must provide the provider with certain personal data. By confirming the purchase in the online store, the user agrees to the storage and processing of his personal data (name, surname, email address, street, postal code) for the purposes of fulfilling the order. The provider collects and processes the obtained personal data exclusively for the purposes of:
- order processing,
- issuing an invoice,
- supply of products or services,
- communication with the user,
- maintaining membership records.
The provider collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. More detailed information on the collection, processing and protection of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy on the provider's website.
Based on legitimate interest, the provider may also use the user's email address for direct marketing of its own similar products or services, with the user always having the option to object to such processing.
The provider provides appropriate technical and organizational measures and means to protect the confidentiality of data in accordance with the law.
12. COPYRIGHT
All content on the website where the online store is located (including contributions, documents, document collections, databases and information, texts, images, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, icons, audio and video recordings, program code, and other content) is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights of the provider or third parties from whom the provider has acquired the right to use it.
The user acquires the right to personal, non-commercial use of materials and other content received as part of a purchase in the provider's online store. The right of use is non-exclusive and non-transferable. The user does not acquire any other rights than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
Unauthorized use of content from the online store may constitute a violation of copyright and other intellectual property rights. In the event of a violation of these rights, the user is liable for any damage that may arise to the holder of these rights.
13. COMPLAINTS, APPEALS PROCEDURE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The provider complies with applicable legislation in the field of consumer protection and contractual obligations, as well as other regulations governing the offering of products and services online, and strives to provide an efficient system for handling complaints and grievances.
In case of any questions or problems, the user can contact the provider via the contact details provided in the online store and at the end of these general terms and conditions. Complaints will be considered if the provider has not respected the agreement when ordering (e.g. has not delivered the ordered product). In this case, the user must notify us of this or request delivery. The provider will respond to the message as soon as possible, and no later than eight days from receipt of the message. The provider will eliminate any irregularities or errors found as soon as possible.
In the event of a dispute, the provider and the user will strive to find an amicable solution. If this is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana shall be responsible for resolving disputes.
14. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OPERATION
The provider reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The changes will enter into force on the day of publication on the website. The user is subject to the general terms and conditions that were in force at the time of placing the order.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
These general terms and conditions are valid from 30 April 2025 onwards.
