We process personal data provided to us upon registration, registration for e-newsletters or an event exclusively for the purpose for which it was obtained and for the needs of our own statistics.
ZDOPS-GIZ collects and processes personal data of individuals for the purposes of sending general notices, publications, invitations to events, information on changes in legislation and collective agreements, and other news in the field of representing employers' interests, as well as notices about training courses organized by ZDOPS-GIZ. The aforementioned notices are sent exclusively via e-mail.
For this purpose, ZDOPS-GIZ collects and processes the following personal data from the individual: name, surname and email address. The aforementioned personal data are stored in accordance with the purpose of collection, until revoked by the individual. Within the framework of processing, individuals have the right to access their personal data, to have it supplemented or corrected, and to have processing restricted.
ZDOPS-GIZ collects and processes personal data of individuals – representatives of legal entities, based on the obligations defined in the ZDOPS-GIZ Establishment Agreement and the legal entity's accession declaration, and such processing of personal data can be considered processing based on legitimate interest. Membership is defined on the basis of the ZDOPS-GIZ Establishment Agreement and the accession declaration.
ZDOPS-GIZ also collects and processes personal data of individuals that it needs to perform a contractual relationship concluded by purchasing products or services in the online store and carried out on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions of the ZDOPS-GIZ online store. Mandatory personal data are: name, surname, email address, street, postal code.
Categories of personal data users and their protection
To ensure the protection of personal data, ZDOPS-GIZ implements all necessary legal, organizational and appropriate logistical and technical procedures and measures, either on the basis of internal acts or through its contractual partners.

An exception is the sending of e-notifications from ZDOPS-GIZ, where the MailChimp web platform is used, on which personal data for sending such news is stored, namely the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail. The MailChimp web platform, in its General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, ensures compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation and confirms that it has obtained a certificate of compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
