It was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 26 of 18 April 2025. Public call for proposals "Financial development incentives for the development of handicraft projects in 2025" – BIZI Handicrafts, published by the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Regional and Rural Development and whose purpose is to encourage legal entities operating in the field of handicrafts to develop handicraft projects and strengthen entrepreneurship in the field of handicrafts.
Based on a public tender, legal entities will receive financial development incentives for the development of handicraft projects related to handicraft industries specified by Regulations on the determination of handicraft industries.
Informal training, presentations and professional meetings in the field of handicrafts are considered handicraft projects.
The total amount of funds is 850,000 euros. Beneficiaries or their craft projects will be divided into lots:
- Lot A – for co-financing eligible project costs in the amount of up to 10,000 euros excluding VAT: sp – individual entrepreneurs and self-employed people in culture in the field of cultural heritage and creativity,
- Lot B – for co-financing eligible project costs in the amount of up to 20,000 euros excluding VAT: legal entities with their registered office in the Republic of Slovenia (companies, public or private institutions, cooperatives, associations, chambers and other legal organizational forms),
- Lot C – for co-financing eligible project costs in the amount of up to 30,000 euros excluding VAT: holders of the supporting environment for handicrafts based on the second paragraph of Article 13 Act on the Preservation and Development of Handicrafts.
Funds will be allocated in the amount of up to 100 percent of eligible costs for the implementation of handicraft projects (in the period from the date of submission of the application until 1 October 2025 at the latest), in accordance with the de minimis state aid scheme.

Submission of applications is possible from 25. 4. to 26. 5. 2025 and will take place electronically via the online application "e-Rsklad" at www.r-sklad.si.
