On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., a free webinar "Prevention of Occupational Cancer" will be held as part of the European Week Against Cancer, organized by the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities in cooperation with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) and the Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia.
The seminar will present the results of the survey on workers' exposure to cancer risk factors in Europe (WES, 2023) for the first time in Slovenia. The survey, conducted in six European countries, provides insight and data on workers' exposure to 24 known cancer risk factors.
The seminar will be held in Slovenian and English with simultaneous interpretation. The number of participants is limited, so advance registration is required. You can register by Monday, May 26, 2025, by filling out the online form.
