The Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia (ZRSZ) has published a Public Invitation Sustainable youth employment 2025The purpose of the invitation is primarily encouraging employers to more sustainable employment of young people and acquiring competencies, which increase their employability.
Employers can obtain monthly subsidy from 660 to 710 EUR for full-time employment of unemployed people from the target group who are under 30 years old (proportionally less for shorter weekly working hours when you employ a person in accordance with the relevant decision). You conclude an employment relationship for an indefinite period, with guaranteed mentoring for at least the first 3 months and training or education with an external provider in the amount of at least 30 school hours in the first 15 months of employment. It is desirable to obtain digital competencies.
The invitation is open from 17. 4. 2025 until all available funds are distributed, no later than 28 February 2026. Total available funds: EUR 4 million.
