A good knowledge of the mandatory pension and disability insurance system is also increasingly important for companies and their employees. A new reform of the pension system is expected in Slovenia - the planned changes to the Pension and Disability Insurance Act (ZPIZ-2O) will affect both the rights of insured persons and personnel planning and work organization. By understanding the applicable rules and upcoming changes, they can make timely and thoughtful decisions when planning retirement, the possibility of continuing work, and regulating the status of employees after fulfilling the conditions for retirement.
