Pogodba o zaposlitvi: priprava od A do Ž

Priprava pogodbe o zaposlitvi je veščina. Vsak delodajalec mora vedeti, katere so obvezne sestavine pogodbe o zaposlitvi. Ni dobra le tista pogodba o zaposlitvi, ki ima več strani in je podobna knjigi. Prav nasprotno. Uporabljiva je tista pogodba o zaposlitvi, pri kateri je sestavljavec premisli, zakaj bo določene določbe napisal v pogodbo, glede drugih pa se bo skliceval na zakon, kolektivno pogodbo ali interni akt. Pogodba o zaposlitvi mora delodajalcu omogočati učinkovito upravljanje delovnega časa, plačilo za delo, nagrajevanje in sankcioniranje.
